An update on ClubsNSW’s progress in responding to the State Government’s ClubGRANTS Review.
To address limitations associated with a one-way protocol, L&GNSW has commenced early work to transition to a two-way communications protocol.
Club secretaries can now refresh their Licensee, Advanced Licensee and Responsible Service of Alcohol Competencies with a single online course.
Self-Facilitated Multi-Venue Self-Exclusion allows patrons to fill out an online form and select the venues they wish to exclude themselves from.
After making the decision to take control of their gambling, a person will now be able to apply for self-exclusion from the privacy of their own home.
