This course allows club secretaries to renew their Responsible Service of Alcohol, Licensee and Advanced Licensee competencies in a single online course. The Responsible Conduct of Gambling Refresher course remains a standalone course.
Club secretaries will be invited to complete the course as their competencies reach expiry. Secretaries will receive reminders via the email and mobile number they have registered with L&GNSW. To ensure you receive the invitation to complete the course, you can update your details via the Competency Card Self Service Portal.
Secretaries whose competency cards expire between 1 January and 13 May 2024 have had their expiry date extended to 14 May 2024, and will be contacted to complete the course in the coming months.
