The Office of Responsible Gambling’s annual GambleAware Week (GAW) will be held from 16 to 22 October this year.
The theme for GAW 2023 is What’s Gambling Costing You? and is designed to focus on assessing and looking at the impact gambling harm may have on patrons and their loved ones. In addition to the assets made available, a media campaign will be run concurrently from Monday, 16 October that includes social media videos and radio advertisements across a variety of channels and networks.
A promotional kit with all the necessary information can be found here.
Assets including posters, videos, banners and digital screens, are also available for display in venues and on social media channels. Artwork for coasters is also available for any clubs wanting to print coasters for distribution in their venues. The reference to GambleAware Week has been left off so that they can have a life beyond October, but they are still tied to the theme of What’s Gambling Costing You? The files are print ready with crop marks accounting for the bevelled edges of coasters.
Clubs planning to participate in GAW23 are encouraged to register their event here.
