As the Compliance & Assurance Leads for ClubSAFE, David Cherry and Mitch Bathis travel throughout NSW to assist member clubs in providing safe and compliant licensed premises.

Well-managed compliance minimises the risk of enforcement action, which can have a significant financial, operational and reputational impact on the club. To support members in such a dynamic regulatory environment, ClubsNSW offers three tiers in the ClubSAFE program.
ClubSAFE Standard
To comply with the requirements to provide gaming self-exclusion and counselling to patrons.
ClubSAFE+
The addition of online training for directors, managers and staff across AML/CTF, responsible gambling and licensing compliance. Members of ClubSAFE+ can purchase Advanced RCG training sessions at a cost far below that of other providers.
ClubSAFE Premium
Providing members with face-to-face training, compliance assurance services and a number of Advanced RCG training sessions included.
