HII Launches RecoveryMate App

Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII) is thrilled to announce the launch of its new app, RecoveryMate.

RecoveryMate transforms the way injured workers engage with their claim by keeping them informed on their road to recovery.

The aim is to provide immediate access to claims information and functionality useful to workers throughout the period their claim is active. We believe this will increase engagement with the management of their claim.

For case managers, the app will relieve them of some simple interactions with workers increasing their capacity to focus on high value work.

The app will be designed specifically with workers as the audience — employers and providers are excluded as direct users of the app.
