Member clubs are advised that the new ClubsNSW website, alongside the refreshed Manage My Membership portal, is now live.
Clubs now have simple and user-friendly access to key information in one centralised location, with a refreshed look and feel. To read more about the features now available, refer to circular 26-344.
Easier access in one place
The new website brings five separate websites together into one easy-to-use destination, giving member clubs a single place to access resources, news, the membership portal, event webpages and major campaign sites. The Your Local Club, ClubGrants and MVSE websites will remain separate.
The refreshed membership portal includes improved login functionality, streamlined staff management, enhanced email preferences and new features shaped by member club feedback.
To assist members with navigating the new website, ClubsNSW has compiled a cheat sheet with quick links on where to locate the most frequently accessed pages, available here.
A Portal Role Guide has also been developed to help clubs understand the updated portal roles, staff access levels and key changes to managing users in the refreshed member portal, available here.
