Ryde Eastwood Leagues Launches Weekly Info Sessions for Over-55s
The strong response to The Riverly launch reflects growing demand for quality, connected living options for over-55s in the Ryde area.
Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club CEO Carl Pozzato says The Riverly is a natural extension of the Club’s longstanding role in the local community.
“For decades our members have looked to the Club as a place to connect with their community, to celebrate, and to belong. The Riverly is about taking that same spirit and applying it to the way our community experiences retirement,” he says.
“It’s about creating a place where people can continue to live independently while feeling supported and socially connected.”
Located directly opposite Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club, The Riverly will provide residents with easy access to a true community hub that offers something for everyone — from dining and entertainment to social groups and events.
“We want to make sure our residents can enjoy dignity and security in their later years,” Mr Pozzato says.
“The Riverly is more than a development; it’s about providing a genuine community where seniors can thrive in a vibrant, supported retirement environment.”
Given the high level of interest, the initial release of apartments will be managed through an Expression of Interest sales process, giving everyone the same opportunity to secure their preferred home.
To learn more, Information Sessions will be held every Tuesday at 10:30am, starting 21 October, in the Hawks Lounge at Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club.
Each session will provide an overview of the development, the lifestyle vision and details on how to participate in the Expression of Interest process.
Visit THERIVERLY.COM.AU for more information and to register for an upcoming session.
