Lady Banks Rooftop Unveils Magical Winter Wonderland in Southwest Sydney

Launched on 13 June and running every Friday to Sunday until 31 August, Winter Wonderland promises an enchanting escape from the cold – no CBD trek required.

Designed as a cosy rooftop retreat, the activation transforms Lady Banks into a glowing wonderland of private igloos, crackling fire pits, twinkling fairy lights, indulgent eats and warming winter cocktails, all soundtracked by live DJs. 

Whether it’s an after-work wind-down, date night under the stars or a celebration with friends, this winter experience is about embracing the chill – in style.

At the heart of Winter Wonderland are the private rooftop igloos, offering a premium dining experience with breathtaking skyline views. 

Couples can book a $100 per person igloo package, which includes a beautifully curated shared menu featuring dishes like Spanner Crab Brioche, Butterflied King Prawns with Chermoula, Burrata with Heirloom Beetroot and a stunning Woodfired Lamb Gozleme. 

Dessert is a decadent Apple & Rhubarb Crumble with pistachio ice cream, and each booking includes a 750ml bottle of Moët & Chandon or Whispering Angel Rosé.

Larger groups can opt for the $50 per person igloo experience, with crowd-pleasing dishes like Three Cheese Arancini with herb emulsion, French Onion Flatbread with gruyère, and Prosciutto di Parma with truffle mayo and polenta, all paired with magnums of champagne or rosé.

Bankstown Sports CEO Michael Clancy says the goal is to offer something truly special without leaving the local area.

“We know that not everyone wants to trek into the city when the temperature drops, so we’ve brought the magic closer to home — with private igloos, fire pits, fairy lights and frosty cocktails under the stars.”

Located at Level 10, Flinders Centre, 25 Restwell Street, Bankstown, Lady Banks Rooftop continues to redefine what it means to dine and unwind sky-high and Winter Wonderland is its boldest seasonal concept yet.
