Fresh New Dining at Club Forster

The transformation marks a fresh chapter for the Club, with members and visitors now able to enjoy an elevated food, beverage and social experience.

The redesigned 242ate Bistro & Café places flavour, comfort and atmosphere at the centre of the guest experience. From the moment people step inside the revamped space, they are greeted by sleek finishes, refined textures and a layout that encourages connection, relaxation and enjoyment.

One of the standout additions is the Club’s new specialty cocktail bar, offering a curated menu of signature drinks, premium spirits and seasonal mixes crafted by expert bartenders. Whether it is a pre-show drink, a long lunch with friends or a relaxed evening out, the bar provides a stylish new highlight for patrons.

Beer lovers also have plenty to celebrate, with a significant expansion of beers on tap. The bar now features a wide variety of options — from crisp, refreshing lagers to local craft favourites — all served icy cold with the signature hospitality the Club is known for.

Dessert fans are already embracing one of the most exciting new features: the Waffle Cone Ice Cream Bar. This nostalgic, made-to-order station allows visitors to choose their favourite flavours, add toppings and enjoy a fun, memorable treat that is quickly becoming a crowd favourite.

This comes 12 months after Club Forster completed a major redevelopment that introduced three standout spaces — The Atrium, The Courtyard and The Backyard — reshaping the venue into one of the region’s most dynamic destinations. 

The Atrium quickly became Forster’s premier event space with its soaring glass design and natural light. The Courtyard brought a sophisticated dining and lounge experience complete with an Asian-inspired menu and live acoustic entertainment. The Backyard transformed family time with a huge outdoor play area, alfresco dining, a flying fox, outdoor cinema and modern parent facilities. 

Together, these additions set a new benchmark for what a modern club precinct can offer and continues to elevate the member experience today.
