Member clubs are advised that the ClubsNSW membership renewal letter for 2026-27 was distributed to all clubs last week.
Renewing your ClubsNSW membership ensures your peak industry body can continue delivering tangible outcomes for clubs — from representing your interests with government and regulators, to providing expert legal support and protecting the industry’s reputation in the media.
Importantly, your membership helps shape our advocacy efforts, contributing to a stable operating environment for the industry and giving clubs certainty to plan, invest and support your communities.

- Workplace Relations: Access to in-house employment lawyers for advice and legal representation — supporting clubs across 2140 matters and 60 Fair Work Commission appearances over the past 12 months.
- ClubAssist: Phone and email support for any club-related enquiry, five days a week, 52 weeks a year, helping you to navigate complex issues with confidence — responding to more than 9300 member club enquiries across the year.

As in previous years, ClubsNSW will offer flexible payment arrangements this year, affording renewing members the option to pay their membership in quarterly instalments.
Member clubs are also encouraged to update their records at the time of renewal through the ‘Manage My Membership’ portal, and to review their communication preferences to ensure they continue to receive important ClubsNSW updates.
